Returns

To return please send us an email at info@petalbyrosegold.com within 7 days of receiving your package. This email must contain your order number. We will then email you a prepaid return label with our return address.. Once we receive your item you will receive store credit for the item along with a store credit notification sent via email.

Return Process:
a. Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your package. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
b. Free shipping for returns
c. We'll email you once processing your store credit and the store credit will be available on your customer account. Once we receive the item you will receive store credit along with a store credit notification sent via email.
d. All returned items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached to the original packaging.

Timeframe

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Store Credit will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
